Very prompt delivery of product which was exactly as described.

Great experience. Clickbasin were by far the best in my search of a basin. It arrived the next day and I was able to pick it up at my convenience from a nearby shop.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was not a good experience.

Numerous calls and emails just to order the parts, no callbacks etc. once ordered the delivery firm refused to carry it up any stairs, leaving a full pallet of goods on the curb side in the pouring rain. delivery firm rude and unhelpful. at no time during the order process was this highlighted, leaving me on my own to unpack everything one by one and carry up three flights of stairs with a damaged knee.

Parts were not delivered and I had to chase, then sent out a cheap plastic bottle trap as a replacement, the project in total was held up for over a week due to all the messing around.

Three stars due to the nice quality of the sink, and vanity unit but the whole order process was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend unfortunately due to this.

My builder took the sink out of the packaging today and it is scratched. W shade had to fit it anyway as our builder can’t delay.

Customer service was excellent.
Ceramic Basin arrived speedily but upon opening the package, the basin had some marks & a small chip at the front. Emailed customer service to let them know. They replied immediately & the faulty item was replaced the very next day with a new one.
